This week at the garden: Cardboard and Mulch
Tasks to choose from:
planting California native plants
plant ‘Pixie’ mandarin tree
cover bare soil with cardboard and mulch
slide cardboard under the sidewalk and pack dirt underneath
Sculpt the soil with a shovel to mitigate water pooling after the rain
Bring food and/or drink to share.
Sweep up.
Pick up trash.
Chat with passersby.
Trim bougainvillea.
Take photos

Pick up seeds and seedlings for the Free Food Garden at the Arroyo Food Co-op and a few for your own garden. See you there. Call me if you get lost.
